What MonkeyTrade is

MonkeyTrade is a non-custodial interface for swapping Solana tokens via Jupiter and for mirroring the on-chain trades of wallets you choose. We provide software and routing — we do not hold your funds, manage your portfolio, or act as a broker.

Nothing in the app is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Token listings, prices, and the wallets available to mirror are not recommendations. You are solely responsible for your trades. See our risk disclosure.

Eligibility & acceptable use

• ·You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use crypto trading tools there.
• ·You won't use MonkeyTrade for unlawful activity, market manipulation, or to evade sanctions.
• ·You're responsible for the security of your wallet and device.

Copy trading

When you mirror a wallet, MonkeyTrade executes swaps on your behalf according to the strategy you set. Trades depend on live market conditions, available liquidity, and network state. Slippage, MEV, partial fills, and failed transactions can occur. We don't guarantee that any copied trade will match the leader's price, timing, or outcome.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, MonkeyTrade is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, network or third-party outages, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
